We want you to be happy with your kitchen and home products. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if an item is not right.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, undamaged, clean, and returned with their original packaging and accessories where possible. Please include your order number and proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Email TiancaiTrading@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a short description. We will confirm authorization and provide the correct return instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.

Non-Returnable Items

Hygiene-sensitive items, personalized items, gift cards, clearance items, and final-sale items are not returnable unless defective or required by law.

Return Shipping

Customers normally pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We cover reasonable return costs for verified incorrect, damaged, or defective items.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Bank or card processing times may vary. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number.
